Frequently asked questions
What counts as an image?
Every file you download with a burned-in label, and every file you write the AI note (IPTC) into. Checking, C2PA, EXIF, prompt reading, the labelling check, disclosure texts and EU icons do not count and need no account.
When does the allowance reset?
On the 1st of every month. Unused images do not carry over. Without an account, it is 3 images in 30 days.
What happens when the allowance is used up?
You still see the preview with the label, at a lower resolution. You can download again from the 1st of next month or with a larger plan.
How do I book a paid plan?
The button on the plan opens an email to info@liquiflow.app, and we activate the plan for your account. Booking with card or SEPA direct debit on this page is coming.
Are the prices net?
Yes, plus VAT. The paid plans are for businesses and can be cancelled monthly.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Yearly, you pay ten monthly prices and get twelve months: Startup €190, Organisation €790 and Enterprise €1,990 a year, net. The image allowance still applies per month.
Do the plans cover the Shopify app?
No. The Shopify app is billed through Shopify and has its own plans: Free up to 10 images, Standard $6.99 and Advanced $14.99 a month.
